Splashes of harebells waft and sway
– sky-blue skirts in the grass at play!
Deep-red foxgloves stand erect –
sentinels the troop protect.
Vivid in the evening light,
dainty, delicate, delight,
dangling on their fragile stems:
summer holidays’ annual gems.

Hi Rhiannon
Hi Rhiannon
I really liked the visual effects of this poem. I'm sure my husband had dozens of photos of both harebells and foxgloves too.
