From the head to the belly
or the belly to the head?
Is it something I ate
or something that you said?

I can't think straight
and there are tears in my eyes
It could be lack of sleep
or the stinging of your lies

I never should have finished-up
a whole piece of cheese
My guts are a-churning
and I'm weak at the knees

I can't play a note
and I'm losing my thread
