The place approaches
and almost everything that I am
ceases to be

The groundedness of me in the earth
gives itself up
and the familiar madness creeps in

The differences are subtle
but dramatic

The contradictions comprehensive
and complete

Truth has no dominion here

But that's ok
because I gave it up freely

Hi PT. Really like this. Love the line " Truth has no dominion here" I am sure lots of people will read this and interperet it in a different way.

I especially like stanza two- can relate to most of the poemthough and like the wisdom in it. ;)Pia
