Antiquated face, representation of a powerful race

Held rigid by Parkinson’s

He could no longer quip

And give opponents the slip

Champion of the world – Mohammed Ali

Ozymandias blown to grey

No longer had feet of Clay

Float like a butterfly

Sting like a bee

Lost to the march of history

Talks slow

Walks slow

Stooped and stopped

Bell rests with the clock
