A bad work place is a poison needle
Its dangerous for those who have to work there ,
 
Spreading gossip is a poisons needle
It injects vile that no one should have to share .
 
Harassment is like a poison needle .
The more we resist , the more they keep pushing .
 
Unfair demands are like poison needles
the core of my heart is like a pin cushion .
 
Abusing one’s role are poison needles .
that feeds fear through the system they've put in place .
 
Shift cuts and job threats are poison needles
that bring stress and hardship we don’t need to face .
 
Victimization are poison needles
That get under my skin , preventing friendship .
 
Racism are dirty poison needles .
They get into the blood stream and infect it .
 
We choose to refuse the poison needles !
We have the right and resign to pull them out .
 
Our pain is brief and we have found relief .
Since we got off the poisonous roundabout .

Shows how there's different kinds of poison, and can come from colleagues, or those 'in charge', though there's a great responsibility on those 'in charge' to lead and encourage a happy, trusting, kind workplace. Rhiannon
