First Love

Did you ever crave that feeling
In bewilderment
So amazed at how strong and deep it went
Were your cheeks ever wetted by tear stains
Did you ever felt cleansed through heavens rains
Did you ever bowed with the faith of a child
and felt a caress so ever mild
It's an old familiar feeling
Of a first love anchored
Forevermore In the Faith of a child no longer bleeding

Beautiful Mary-Ann!
Beautiful Mary-Ann! And the answer would be Yes? And then, towards the end? Well I don't think this is about romantic love, a crush. It is about being born again.
Keep well! Tom

Yes it's clear now, your poem
Yes it's clear now, your poem describes a birth, a baby, the beginnings of life and later the same, born again and to salvation. Do you have children? I don't, sometimes I think it must be nice they melt your heart. Just being themselves people and persons in their own right.
All the best!
