Bee’s poem.
Tree Me
I am a tree today
More willow than oak
I breathe with the flow
Air in my hair - I pray
For the fluster to calm
Each quiver leaf - stilled
Each bowing branch filled
With soothing balm
I am a willow, till tomorrow
Laced with grace
Will not break
Will overcome all sorrow
I am a tree bearing wind and rain
Till they cut me back
Burn me black
Then I'll be ever free from pain

A wonderful poem, strength in
A wonderful poem, strength in its delicacy. A friend of mine died from breast cancer a couple of days ago, this poem speaks to so many. I love its positivity in the conclusion.
This film is so very beautiful too!

A wonderful choice of poem to celebrate someone who is still remembered with great affection here - it sums up Bee's strength perfectly, and the film is beautiful. Mia looks a lot like her!

How beautiful and so soothing
How beautiful and so soothing. To read such a tender poem as this is magical and such a great tribute to Bee's memory.
Mia seems so close to nature and appears to be aware of feeling, hearing and seeing all it offers.
One of the best poems I've read in ages.
Thank you for sharing.
Jenny.
