Ode To A Pink Lady

Pink Lady! Ye blush as I pass,
On outside...skin appearing tough;
But inside sweetness is confirmation
Love has no wish for any other,
Sharing this moment my beauty,
Taste buds dance, savouring that
Refreshing way you make me feel,
In throes of hunger I'm tickled to
Have made your acquaintance.

They are my favourite apples. I'm not keen on really sour ones. Pink ladies are much more friendly and deserving of an ode. I think they'd be very pleased. Rachel :)

Lovely little tribute to a
Lovely little tribute to a very modern apple. They are a little pricey but so lovely to look at and sweet to taste. Is it me or are they getting smaller?

Jenny your poem
Jenny your poem immediately made me think of Robert Burns,
“My love is like a red, red rose, that's newly sprung in June, my love is like a melody that's sweetly played in tune”. Imagine you could write like that hey!
See you && Nolan
