We’ve known each other for a few years now
So I think It’s O.K. If I say
That when I saw you together,
For the first time ever,
I knew you’d be married someday.

We all knew that you wanted each other
But you kept claiming that you were “just friends”
You both denied it
But just couldn’t hide it
And you’re feelings came out in the end.

It took you a while but I believe it happened
New Years Eve 1998
We drank too much wine,
And cheered in ‘99
But for you two it must have been fate.

You moved in together and set up a home,
Choosing furniture, fixtures and bedding,
And 3 years later on,
You’re still going strong,
And the invites are out for your wedding.

So good luck to you both, may your dreams come true,
