FINAL SENTENCE

A poem's final sentence,
Is the most important one.
It isn't where it was,
But what it went on to become.
The rest could be fantastic,
The previous could be fine.
If the last words are hollow,
All else seems a waste of time.
It is how it finishes,
It is how the poem ends;
The last and final words,
On which the rest of it depends.
If you've got a good ending,
Then your piece is worthwhile.
So watch, and I'll show you,
How to crap it up in style!
