What Have Adolph Hitler and Vladimir Putin got in common?

(One the Nazi leader, the other the ex Communist pro Imperialist Russian leader) :

 

Answer :- They have both invaded Ukraine!

I am pleased to see the delegates at the UN walking out on Liar Lavrov’s Russian speech (while he was being broadcast directly to them on a huge TV screen. The Russians are showing no understanding of the purpose of the United Nations! The Cold War is back! This is while their heavy military convoy comes towards Kiev, a peaceful city.

 

Pity the Ukrainians and the Russians. The Warlord plays chess with your lives, looking down from his throne of overbearing condescension and smugness. If he had just been born with a couple more braincells your lives might have been saved and there would have been need for none of this! Kiev and Kharkov would still be standing complete.

Some more writings written in the early stages of Russia's Invasion of its neighbour Ukraine by Alfred Muggins, reflecting the shock of these events. Alfred wants them recording for posterity. They were previously posted on David Kirtley Facebook Account a few times (which few enough people ever read unfortunately (or perhaps that should read fortunately?))!

Putin wants to make Russia great again. (sound familiar?)

That certainly does sound all too familiar! At least Trumplestiltskin didn't invade Canada, or Mexico, while he was in office, and never quite managed to control the Democrats!

Unfortunately Putin isn't making Russia great at all. He's turned them into a cruel sad nation for the present!

It looks to me the real danger from Oceana is further East.

Eastasia and Eurasia are getting rather pally,

Russia really has now fully revealed its autocracy or dictatorship, and as we know China is still a one party state with an ambitious, leader who seems to want to enhance and maybe even expand it's power, so they probably do need each other if they are going to expand! So far China is playing it careful, but policy in Hong Kong and Sinkiang shows the leadership cares nothing for real democracy or respect for human rights. So they are rivals/enemies to the Western democratic system! George Orwell's suggestion of the future has further parallels with our current reality!

These were early post start of the Invasion rants, but it is time to add these into Alfred's collections so everyone who is interested can read it! But on the recent holiday he has been making an effort to move onto alternative subjects and perspectives!
