I think there's something wrong with me!

I had three glasses of wine at my son's wedding yesterday, and l'm ill, depressed and suicidal today. Does anyone have the same after effects as l do?

I started sipping the first lovely ice-cold white one at 3.30pm, and by 7.30pm l was in the ladies greetin' aboot summat, with a couple of my friend's trying to console me!

I stopped boozin' last Autumn. It was easy peasy, and any time l went out-out, l had water. Lovely. Refreshing. Cheap. Good for you, too. So why on earth l drank yesterday, beats me. I feel so down today, but l'm going out to get out of myself. I better watch out. No one likes a grim aura, nasty energy or a greetin' face, do they?!

It's temporary, and in twenty four hours, hope to be in a better frame of mind.

I admire those who can have a little drinkie and not turn it into a guzzle fest.
