A Flight of Fantasy

Seagull flies off with chihuahua it abducted from family's back garden - Today's news headline

To eat fish and chips
was rather too dull
for a sophisticated
and gourmet seagull.

He had to think hard
but had time to mull
flying to the Midlands
from the port of Hull.
 

The storm subsided
and there was a lull
so an idea entered
the bird's thick skull.
 

There were puppies
he could easily cull
from a back garden
just outside Solihull.
