Chicken and Egg

Here comes another one,
popping out its head.
Another trainee yobbo,
To be housed, taught and fed.

Mommy is a junky,
Daddy is on glue.
Screwing up their own lives,
And screwing me and you.

Why should we all pay for it,
They cost an arm and leg.
Are we being chicken ?
Are they the chickens egg ?
