Brainstorming Moments Like This

Just for a short while

when shrinking under

heat of raging sun,

to see snow would

be a great relief,

contrasted with

last dregs of

autumn rain,

just before

fresh beauty of spring.

Right now I long

for storm clouds,

to stand

beneath a

torrent of rain,

watch sun fade into

darkness,

feel excitement build

as body hair

stands on end,

lightening strikes

thunder rumbles,

that cool

fresh air to

clear mind.
