Women out there with message of voice

today it's time to show, sing and rejoice,

let's display for this is our one special day

of our hopes, we can shout out and say...

 

It's time to use our brains and think!

Pull together and discover our link,

all we need is hands joined in action

that speaks of what is our one passion,

 

If world gets you down you feel like crying

see funny side but most of all keep smiling,

when you walk out door with style and grace

remember this poem, put beam on brave face.

 

Finally to all you great females out there

be kind to others...extend love if you dare,

around this beautiful world spread peace

for now this is our only chance of release.

Spreading peace is very rewarding, and often has to be in small ordinary ways of life, and women have many opportunities and abilities to do that day by day. Hopefully it can be like yeast bubbling up then. Rhiannon

I agree Rhiannon, it can be just in a smile, or a small deed that's the way to spread peace. Funnily enough I was at the supermarket today and found everyone I met to be so nice, there was so much politeness and everyone seemed prepared to go out of their way to be kind, it makes life so much easier.

By the way, I like your description of yeast bubbling up, put a smile on my face. smiley
