Capturing those memories in a poem is the best gift you can give a reader.
Very much enjoyed reading.

I so enjoyed reading your story, being a lover of fairy stories and a child at heart.
Thank you so much for sharing, put a smile on my face....

Reading this bought a lump to my throat. This must be the hardest time for you and yet you're managing to keep going. Bee sounds like my dad when he had cancer and I had to nurse him. He always kept his sense of humour and wouldn't hear of anyone...

I didn't realise until now that you were Bee's daughter, I can see how poingnant and hard it must have been to write. A thoughtful and caring poem that is so meaningful under the circumstances.

I too agree this is such a rewarding poem that tells a part of history. I also loved the way you showed us the reader how to pronounce 'Crwys'. the Welsh language in its own right is so poetic and I admire the thought you've put into this writing...

Hi Rhiannon,
I was just going back over some of your older stuff and found this beauty. Early Spring is one of my favourite times of the year, it's like suddenly all of nature is coming alive, you've managed to capture so much of that...

You always manage to catch these memorable strolls and write them down in such a way that it makes me want to be there.
Another ramble with nature at its best Rhiannon. Very much enjoyed.

Hi Rhiannon,
what an amazing tree of such natural beauty. Loved how you describe it with words. I too have never heard of the handkerchief tree. A very enlightening piece of writing.
Loved the picture too.

Hi Rhiannon,
this has got to be one of my favourite poems of yours. It made me want to walk out with nature and breathe in that wonderful freshair, taking in the spring colours too.
Mastered beautifully.
Jenny.
