Sun-Light

Sun-light
splashing down is
full of rhythm
dripping
leaf to leaf
launching from
each branch
bringing a softness
caressed by
a current of wind
its translucence - its
demeanour
of brightness
petal warmth
branches enveloping-
slides into
the fullness of
a birch
stitched to my soul.
