Thunder Down Under.

He had no difficulty with entry,
thinking that it was all right.
There was not a single sentry
to stop him from leaving the flight.

He came wishing to conquer
an unprecedented accolade
but many said he was bonkers
for some comments he'd made.

They didn't say yeah or nay
therefore he took for granted
that he was allowed to play
but soon he was disenchanted.

To cut a long story short,
the magistrates advocated,
"the ball is in your court",
you should've been vaccinated.

Now there wasn't any doubt
that his exit was on the card.
Accepted he was on his way out
but he took it extremely hard.

As Insert said, very up to the minute idea, and neatly executed. Lots of troubles over the vaccination debate. Rhiannon

As you rightly say, Rhiannon, the subject of vaccination is controversial  in some quarters but as we keep hearing, rules are rules and even they seem to have become a matter for debate.

I don't follow tennis. But I did follow this saga. He's got the support of Nigel Farage which just about sums it up.
