The Last War

But..... what you did in the last war,
Every bit of me is now on the world's washing line.
Reason why, quite obvious?
Going on about all my mistakes,every minute.
Have you lit any candles yet?
One huge white one drips in my bedroom,
Fortunately the war is behind us.
