Rings Of Fire

Should I live a life of regret?
Wielded by love and lead by neglect.
The ring is my circle,
Forever, I should protect its power.
Now....my ring is burning.
My world has gone cold, inclemented.
Discharged passion, trust has been vented.
Seems that my love was given by God.
Yet, he just lent it.
(Chorus)
Smouldering, burning.
As my Golden wedding ring.
Burns in my hearts lava.
We seemed so close,
yet we were so distant.
(I love you)
We will face our problems.
Day by day.
Forever, on and on,
The love of our hearts.
(Will convey)
When we're not conflicted.
In a childish manor.
Smouldered heat will turn clement.
For our love will turn warm,
Into passion of comfort.
Which was lent.
(To keep)
(Chorus)
Smouldering, burning.
As my Golden wedding ring.
Burns in my hearts lava.
We seemed so close,
yet we were so distant.
(I love you)
