the last breeze
took me away
from my tree,
tore me off
from my pedestal,
setting me free
as I never been,
around
and everywhere,
riding the horse
of the next wave,
enjoying the last
music
of the sea

sometimes we see roses in the snow, well, I have.

What a lovely picture of the rose petal riding free, even over the sea, bringing a picture somehow of the wildness of the rushing sea spaces. I used to tell my children I wished I could photograph the sound of the sea when we were visiting the cliffs on wild wintry days! Rhiannon
